In accordance with Article 6-III of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), this legal notice identifies the publisher of the website https://www.auraapp.fr and of the Aura mobile application.

5. Intellectual Property

All elements composing the Aura website and application (texts, images, logos, videos, source code, trademarks, etc.) are the exclusive property of Tobiasz Bajek (Bajek Dev Paris) or their respective rights holders. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any process whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

6. Consumer Mediation

In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us first at the following address: privacy@auraapp.fr.

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the consumer may, failing prior amicable resolution, use free of charge the competent consumer mediator to which the Publisher is subject. The contact details of this mediator will be communicated once appointed.

The processing of users' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended.

8. Reporting Illegal Content

In accordance with Article 6, IV of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN) and Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of October 19, 2022 on a single market for digital services ("DSA"), any user may report to Aura content that they consider illegal, including content relating to provocation to commit terrorist acts and apology for terrorism, incitement to hatred or violence, defamation, or any other offense covered by the applicable texts.
How to report illegal content:

Message subject: "Illegal content report"
In order for your report to be processed, it must be sufficiently substantiated and include, in accordance with Article 16 of the DSA, the following elements:

  • your name and email address (unless you wish to remain anonymous);
  • precise identification of the reported content (URL, screenshot, description);
  • the reason why you consider this content illegal, with reference, where possible, to the relevant legal or regulatory provision;
  • a statement confirming that you believe in good faith that the information provided is accurate and complete.

Processing of the report:
Upon receipt of your report, Aura will send you an acknowledgement of receipt electronically as soon as possible. You will then be informed of the decision taken regarding your report and of the available remedies against that decision.
Aura handles all reports seriously and diligently. Manifestly unfounded or abusive reports, in particular those submitted repeatedly without justification, will not be processed and may result in suspension of access to the Services.


9. Governing Law

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
