By downloading, installing, or using the Aura mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Aura is an AI-powered personal styling application that helps users digitize their wardrobe, organize clothing items, and receive personalized outfit recommendations. The App uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze clothing images and user preferences.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the images and content you upload to Aura. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, process, and store this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Aura and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Outfit recommendations are generated by AI and are suggestions only. We do not guarantee that recommendations will suit your specific needs or preferences.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
