Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your Aura account and what happens when you do.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your profile and account information
  • All wardrobe items and clothing photos
  • Outfit recommendations and saved looks
  • AI-generated images (collages and mannequin images)
  • Chat history and conversations
  • Your active subscription (automatically cancelled)

How to Delete Your Account

From the App

  1. Open Aura and go to your Profile
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
  3. Confirm the deletion in the dialog
  4. Your account and all data will be deleted immediately

By Email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to obywateltb@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Include "Delete my account" in the subject line. We will process your request within 48 hours.

Important Information

  • This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
  • If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled immediately. No further charges will be made.
  • Account deletion begins immediately and completes within a few minutes.
