How do I subscribe to a plan?+
Download Aura, open the plans screen in the app and tap Subscribe. Payment happens right inside the app: through the App Store on iPhone and iPad, Google Play on Android, and Stripe on the web.
Can I pay from the website?+
No, there is no checkout on this website. All purchases happen inside the Aura app once it is installed on your phone.
What is the difference between Apple, Google and Stripe?+
Prices are the same everywhere: €4.99/mo for Plus and €9.99/mo for Pro. Only the store changes depending on your device: the App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android, Stripe on the web. Billing, renewal and cancellation are handled by that store.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel any time from the store where you subscribed. You keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period, then your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.
Is there a free version or a trial?+
Yes: the Free plan is free with no time limit. It includes 5 item scans and 3 classic outfits per month, so you can try Aura without paying. There is no separate time-limited trial.
How do refunds work?+
Refunds are handled by the platform you paid on (App Store, Google Play or Stripe), according to each one's policy.
